Team Profiles

Rob, the school principal and Chief Instructor, loves anything at all involving the sea. At 51, he is a RYA/MCA commercially endorsed Ocean Yachtmaster, Yachtmaster Instructor and Yachtmaster Examiner for the RYA. He is the one responsible for the quality of our training and standards.

Jules, the front person for our company is also an RYA/MCA commercially endorsed Yachtmaster and active Cruising and Shorebased Instructor. She also teaches and assesses SRC (VHF Radio) for the RYA.

RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Instructor

Paul is a regular instructor for rusailing and now in his 5th year with us. He teaches both practical and theoretical courses as well as being a VHF/SRC instructor and assessor. In 2017 he became a boat owner, his boat is now moored in Lagos.

Rich is now in his fourth season with rusailing, he is a fully qualified, commercially endorsed RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Instructor who has been teaching for 12+ years. He loves anything boats.

Fully qualified and commercially endorsed RYA/MCA Cruising Instructor currently working towards his Yachtmaster Instructors qualification.

Gary has been with rusailing for over 8 years now, he is a fully qualified and commercially endorsed RYA/MCA Cruising Instructor also able to teach the theory courses for us in the classroom.
